RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:​

• unworn

• unused

• in original condition

• returned with original packaging and tags

​

Sale items, earrings, custom pieces, and made-to-order items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives faulty or incorrect.

​

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
